Dawn Wagner
Founder and Property Manager
Dawn Wagner founded Shore & More Getaways with one goal. Make people feel genuinely taken care of.
She holds a degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management from Penn State and spent a decade managing hotels and resorts. She then spent another decade as a business owner across multiple industries. She's also a licensed North Carolina Real Estate Broker and REALTOR.
Dawn moved to Oak Island because she loves this community. Shore & More Getaways is built on the same standards she applied in every hotel and business she's run. Professional systems, clear communication, and hospitality that actually feels like it.
