My sister Christin passed away from cancer at 39 years old. She had three kids. Lucas was 7, Miles was 5, and Penelope was just 1.

She fought for 11 months. She stayed positive the entire time. I watched her do that and I don't know how she did it. She was truly an inspiration.

Christin loved the beach. Some of our best memories were big family beach vacations together. She loved her kids, she loved family, and she loved every minute she got to spend with the people she cared about.
